Jenelle Evans Didn’t File Charges Against Nathan Griffith, Fight Captured For ‘Teen Mom 2?’

Jenelle Evans reportedly was not the one to press charges on her former fiancé, Nathan Griffith. According to a new report, it was the state of South Carolina, where the Teen Mom 2 couple’s alleged fight occurred, who moved forward with Griffith’s arrest.

On March 5, a source revealed the following to Radar Online.

“Jenelle found out that Nathan had been seeing another girl and she was furious. They started screaming at each other and he told her he wanted the ring back. She flat out refused to give it to him and that’s when things got physical. Nathan pinned her on the toilet seat and wrestled her for the ring and ripped it off her finger. It cut her finger.”

The source went on to claim that despite recent reports, Jenelle Evans’ feud with Griffith was caught on film by MTV.

As the Inquisitr reported earlier, an E! News source denied MTV was filming at the time of the altercation.

In an interview on March 5, the source stated that the crew wasn’t in the home at the time, and only made contact with the couple after their dispute had ended.

Radar’s source went on to reveal Jenelle Evans’ phone “pocket-dialed” a crew member during the fight, which allowed them to hear Evans’ screams for help.

“Jenelle was screaming ‘Get off of me, get off, get off,’ but they couldn’t do anything, because [the] door was locked. That is when someone from MTV and one of her neighbors called the police.”

The source claimed the fight between Jenelle Evans and Griffith continued once the pair was outside, with Griffith accusing the reality star of attempting to go out “on a date.”

“Jenelle didn’t press the charges against Nathan, the state of South Carolina did, and it was completely out of her hands.”

Jenelle Evans began dating Griffith in 2013, one month after breakup up with then-husband Courtland Rogers. Within days, Evans and Griffith moved in together, and just a few months into their relationship, Evans became pregnant. In June, 2014, Evans gave birth to the couple’s first son, Kaiser.

Things appeared to be going well for Jenelle Evans and Griffith in January, when the pair got engaged in St. Thomas, but weeks later, they began feuding, and appear to have been feuding ever since.

Jenelle Evans’ former fiancé was booked last night and is currently still behind bars.

Jenelle Evans returns to MTV for Teen Mom 2 Season 6 later this year.
