Bill Murray And Rick Ross Head To The Studio Together

For a while there, it was looking like Bill Murray retired from the spotlight, but right before his film, St. Vincent, came out, he reemerged for some amazingly bizarre interviews and public sightings. The most recent sighting of Murray takes the cake and only solidifies that Murray is, in fact, the coolest person alive.

Bill Murray was recently pictured in the studio with none other than rapper Rick Ross. According to Entertainment Tonight, and Rick Ross’ Twitter, the star met up with Ross over the weekend after they bumped into each other at the Rhode Island vs La Salle basketball game in Philadelphia.

Murray was there because his son is the assistant coach for Rhode Island. We don’t exactly know why Rick Ross was there, but we don’t care, because it has resulted in a few awesome pictures of the two in the studio.

We also don’t know how they transitioned from going to a basketball game separately, to joining each other for a night session in the studio, but that’s not important. All that’s important is that Murray and Ross are together in one room, and they look extremely happy about it.

What makes this budding friendship awesome is the cameo by David Letterman’s musical director, Paul Shaffer. Perhaps he’s the person that ties these two together? Who knows.

We only wish that we could hear Bill Murray and Rick Ross making beautiful music together.

As expected, fans went nuts over this odd pairing.

As the Inquisitr has reported, this isn’t the only time that Murray has made odd appearances. Murray photobombed a couple’s engagement photo, but before that, he decided to crash a groom’s bachelor party to give him some advice before his big day. Then, he turned up at an impromptu ice cream social that was thrown in his honor. Murray enjoyed his cone and posed for pictures with the excited hosts.

We can hardly wait for the next Bill Murray sighting.
