Bobby Brown Says Nick Gordon Turned Down Chance To See Bobbi Kristina
Bobbi Kristina Brown continues to fight for her life in an Atlanta hospital. In response to reports that her partner, Nick Gordon, was refused entry to her hospital room, Bobby Brown’s lawyer released a statement. In it, the lawyer insists Gordon had the opportunity to visit Bobbi Kristina, but would not agree to certain terms, as reported by ABC News.
“To address the continued and never ending media requests for comment about Mr. Gordon’s requests to visit Bobbi Kristina, let me be very clear, Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina and he declined to meet the terms of any possible visit.
“We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to this investigation. Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe.
“We continue to request privacy in this matter. We thank everyone that supports Bobbi Kristina and God is hearing our prayers.”
The statement came from Bobby Brown’s legal counsel, Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC. ABC News previously reported on assertions from Gordon’s lawyers, Randall Kessler and Joe Habachy, that he wanted to be close to Bobbi Kristina, the only child of Brown and pop icon Whitney Houston.
“Nick has been trying privately, to do everything he can to see Bobbi Kristina cooperatively. He has respected the family’s wishes and for that reason alone has not returned to the hospital and risked a public confrontation. But he desperately wants to be with the one he loves and continues to hope that his request will be granted.”
An unverified Twitter account claiming to be Nick Gordon’s has repeatedly pled for access to the 21-year-old Brown.

Police are treating the case as a criminal investigation. CNN reported Saturday that Bobbi Kristina’s breathing tube was removed and she will now receive oxygen through a hole in her throat. Bobbi Kristina remains in a medically-induced coma at Emory University hospital.
Three weeks ago, on January 31, Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bathtub in circumstances eerily similar to how her mother died in 2012.
