Andi Dorfman Was Too Dominant For Josh Murray: He Wanted Out Of Engagement To ‘Bachelorette’

Bachelorette star Andi Dorfman has been keeping silent since her split with Josh Murray, which happened just two weeks ago. Last week, Dorfman posted a cryptic message about falling down, according to the Inquisitr, but Andi has given no indication of what went wrong between them. But something must have happened, since Dorfman felt she was falling down and Josh tweeted about asking from help from above.

Andi Dorfman may be getting support from her friends and family, including Nikki Ferrell. Nikki herself recently ended her relationship to Juan Pablo after months of trying to make it work. Dorfman had previously been spotted partying in Atlantic City with Nikki after the public breakup.

According to a new Real Mr. Housewife report, Dorfman may have been the reason behind the split from Josh Murray. It is unknown who exactly pulled the plug on the engagement, but the statement released by the couple claims that it was indeed amicable. However, both parties have been sharing messages about being completely heartbroken over the news and now more details are surfacing. If Dorfman was indeed the one who broke it off, it seems odd that she would tweet about falling down and feeling sad.

“Andi is very dominant and was too much for Josh to handle. He tried to break up with her many times before, but Andi didn’t want it to end,” a source has revealed, adding that Dorfman really wanted to be in control of the relationship and continued to try and make it work.

“It was over for Josh for a long time. He realized he couldn’t make it work. There was a constant struggle over who was the alpha in the relationship,” the source adds, which could be why they kept out of the spotlight for a while.

Chris Harrison admits that the couple did seem weird and awkward at the Chris Soules’ premiere party for The Bachelor. Harrison asked them about wedding planning and how things were going, and Andi dodged the question. While Dorfman fooled many people, Chris felt that something was off with the couple. Their announcement to split came just 72 hours later.

Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray don’t appear to be people who would sell their breakup story to a tabloid. Nikki Ferrell did share her thoughts with various media outlets about Juan Pablo, but he never stepped forward to share his side of the story. There may be too much respect between Andi and Josh.

Do you think Andi Dorfman was too controlling? Do you think her need to be dominant was the reason behind their split?
