Andi Dorfman Hurting Post-Split: ‘Bachelorette’ Posts Cryptic Message About Coping With ‘Falling Down’

Andi Dorfman has “spoken out” about her split from Josh Murray, this according to Hollywood Life. The former Bachelorette star posted a very telling quote on Instagram this week, and HL seems to think that it was her way of letting people know that she is having a hard time after breaking things off with her fiance.

“It’s family and friends who pick us up when we fall down, and if they can’t pick us up, they lie down next to us and just listen and love,” reads the quote.

It sounds like Andi is relying on her family and friends during this trying time. Even if she made the right decision for her, it doesn’t mean that it was an easy decision to make, especially because of the public’s involvement in her personal life.

Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray announced their split just days after attending the LA premiere of The Bachelor. At the show, the two still looked very connected — and very happy together. When they confirmed their break-up shortly after, however, people were shocked.

Andi has said that she is happy to have figured this out before getting married and having kids. Interestingly enough, in her last interview before splitting with Josh, Andi revealed that the pair had talked about having kids… which seems weird if they weren’t getting along. According to Us Weekly, the two had a plan. It’s unclear where things derailed.

“Parents of two [kids] working on number three… [and] I hope we still live in Atlanta… but I want to feel like I can do it all. I want to feel like I can have a career in fashion [too],” Andi told LA Travel when asked where she saw herself (with Josh) in five years.

Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray may have just realized that they are two very different people. While there have been rumors to the contrary (like the one about Josh wanting to be the next Bachelor), it sounds like the two just wanted different things out of life. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, there has been some chatter about Dorfman wanting to live the “celebrity life.” Apparently Josh was under the impression that the two would marry, live in Atlanta, and have a family together. However, Andi has spent a lot of time in Los Angeles, and her future aspirations may have changed after the show ended.

Of course, anything is possible, and while it is sad to see a Bachelor/ette couple not work out, it’s life. People need to do what is best for them, and Andi and Josh just were not meant to be.
