Pretty Little Liars is back on December 9 with the much-awaited Christmas special, "How the 'A' Stole Christmas." Fans who are wondering if they will finally find out who "A" is, if Mona (Janel Parrish) will return from the dead, and if Spencer's murder charges will be dropped, won't want to miss PLL this week.
While you wait for the the holiday special to air on Wednesday, here's the latest chatter about who "A" is and a round-up of spoilers for the 13th episode of Season 5 of Pretty Little Liars.
A. Is. Everywhere. #PLLChristmAs (via @imarleneking) pic.twitter.com/PrwrVLhaxQDoes anyone know who "A" is? The show's executive producer, Marlene King, tells ET Online that the PLL Christmas special will be "explosive." She talked about the true identity of "Big A," and apparently it's not who most fans think it is, with King saying that out of the millions of fans online, she's only seen one of them correctly guess his/her identity.

"Both my assistant and I saw it online — I won't even say where — but there was someone who had it completely right, and I think I saved it. If I have it, and once that revelation is revealed, I will call that person. It was shockingly correct."One fan out of the 2.5 million followers on the official Twitter account for Pretty Little Liars and the 4.5 million fans on the show's Facebook page knows who "A" is? Yet another reason why the show is so popular — the writers make many of the plot lines almost impossible to figure out.

Don't expect to find out who "A" is on Wednesday night's Pretty Little Liars Christmas special, but he (or she?) will be revealed before Season 7 starts.
Will Mona return from the dead? Yes, but she will reportedly return as the ghost of Christmas past, present, and future. It certainly doesn't sound like Mona will be bringing holiday cheer when she visits Ali, with King telling ET that Mona will terrify Ali more than she ever has before.
Mona's back! Here's everything you need to know before you watch the #PLLChristmAs special: http://t.co/m2joZp8peQ pic.twitter.com/10cfsLfcvRWill murder charges against Spencer be dropped? The Pretty Little Liars Wiki speculates that the "Liars" will find some evidence that may help them clear her name, all while getting justice for Mona and finally bringing Allison down. It's unlikely the whole mystery will be solved on Wednesday's special, but at the very least, fans should learn more about Mona's death.

Will there be any joy on the PLL Christmas special? Sounds like that's a possibility, with Marlene King tweeting that "more than one 'PLL' boyfriend" may be wearing Santa boxers. And yes, there will be some romance, with word that there will be a "romantic kiss under some mistletoe" and "fun and romantic" story line for Ezra — apparently he will be heating things up in the kitchen.
