Snooki Admits To Using Alcohol To Calm Her Nerves Before Walking Down The Aisle

Snooki said “I do” this past Saturday, and even though it was a day she long waited for, the former Jersey Shore party girl admitted to using a bit of alcohol to calm her nerves right before she took her walk down the aisle.

According to US Weekly, Nicole Polizzi, more commonly known by her nickname Snooki, admit on her podcast “Naturally Nicole” that she “had to have a little vodka” before the wedding got rolling.

“I had the worst jitters,” she said in the audio show on Tuesday, Dec. 2. “I was nervous, I had to have a little vodka. I was like, ‘Where’s my vodka? I need my nerves to calm down.’”

On her website, Snooki announced that she officially married the love of her life, Jionni LaValle.

“Yup I got married! WOOHOO!! So I got married on Saturday and it was honestly the best day of my life and it went by so quickly that I was like what the hell! I kind of want to renew my vows next year so that I can have a wedding again and relive that experience because it was so amazing. And you know how so many people when you get married everyone is like it goes by so quick, make sure you take a step back, take it all in, take mental pictures because it’s going to be done before you know it. But I was like yeah right, because my wedding was eight hours long so I’m like there is no way its going to go by that quickly. But in the snap of my finger, my wedding was over. I had the best wedding ever and I’m not saying that because it was my wedding! [sic]”

According to a previous report by the Inquisitr, Snooki and Jionni officially tied the knot on Saturday, November 29 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in East Hanover. The wedding ceremony was later followed by a reception, which took place at The Venetian in nearby Garfield.

Snooki has taken to her social media accounts to continually share her joy in the days following her wedding. Just check out some of her tweets below.

Congratulations again Snooki! Here’s to many happy years ahead!
