Tim Tebow and Jana Duggar could soon be a match, with reports that the Duggar family is pushing for their oldest daughter to date the former football star.
Jana is the oldest daughter in the Duggar clan, and in a span of just a few months this year saw her younger sisters, Jill and Jessa, get married and leave home. There has been growing speculation that Jana Duggar could be the next to be married off, and now reports are pointing to Tim Tebow as the man she may end up with.
Duggar family patriarch, Jim Bob, has already been showing off his connections to the Tebow family. Earlier this month he met up with Tim’s mom, Pam Tebow, at a Loving Choices Pregnancy Centers fundraiser in Arkansas.
Like the Duggars, Pam has been a strong pro-life advocate, and apparently her passion for the subject rubbed off on the 19 Kids and Counting family.
“A great lady and a great cause!” the Duggars wrote on Facebook. “We enjoyed hearing Pam Tebow share tonight.”
Pam even visited the Duggar home, Radar Online reported. Sources have said that the Duggar family is pushing for Pam to set up her son with Jana, which could explain the visit.
It’s not clear if Tim Tebow would have time to devote to dating. Though he has fallen out of the NFL and his path back to professional football seems all but lost , he has taken on a new job as an analyst with the SEC Network and is supplementing it with a growing number of radio appearances.
Tebow’s media work is now beginning to extend beyond sports as well. As reported by Inquisitr , Tim has become a regular contributor to ABC’s morning show Good Morning America as part of their “Motivate Me Monday” segment.
And while there is no confirmation that Tim Tebow and Jana Duggar are dating, the match would at least appear to make sense. Both come from very traditional families and both share the same views on dating. Tebow has famously pledged to not have sex until marriage, and Jana’s parents, Michelle and Jim Bob, have their own strict dating rules that include no hand-holding until after the wedding day.
