University Of California Students Give Surprising Reactions To ISIS And Israeli Flags On Campus [Video]
Antisemitism has increased over the past year or so, especially among college students. The Inquisitr reported on such incidents in which antisemitism was a factor, something that has taken root in the Student Senate at Ohio University. Student Senate president Megan Marzac participated in the “blood bucket challenge” to express how Palestine is oppressed by Israel, a move that caused one of the Student Senate secretaries to resign. Also, Marzac is known for having four Ohio University students who are pro-Israel arrested during a Student Senate hearing.
Now there is a video by Ami Horowitz showing the great divide when the flags for the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and Israel are waved at the University of California at Berkeley. Reactions from students are very surprising.
The video of the social experiment was originally uploaded by Fox News, in which Ami Horowitz wanted to test if there was no connection between intelligence and wisdom.
“I have always thought that there was no connection between intellect and wisdom. To put this theory to the test, I headed out to the University of California, Berkeley.”
The Times of Israel also reported on the video, describing in detail what is happening in the video. The first part has Ami Horowitz waving the ISIS flag, albeit upside-down. He also included anti-American slogans. With the recent news of how ISIS is killing off many people who don’t agree with their views, enslaving women for sexual exploitation, and even beheading Americans here in the United States, it would be expected of people to show disdain for Horowitz’s actions. Instead, he was met mostly with stares, but one person waved at him, another gave him a fist bump, and one such person wished him “good luck.”
It is the second part when Ami Horowitz waves an Israeli flag that gets a lot of attention. The college students held nothing back as they accused Horowitz of murdering children. They even hailed Hamas. One student even made claims that Israel is the thief in the night and a thief in the day while another said the Israeli flag represents the psychological genocide of the planet.
In the end, Ami Horowitz states that he proved his original hypothesis correct when he concludes the experiment with the final statement.
“The shocking video above unfortunately proves once and for all that there is in fact no connection between intellect and wisdom.”
