Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles star Josh Altman has been sharing his real-estate journey on the show for a couple of years and fans have come to either love him or hate him. He is very aggressive in his tactics and Altman will do just about anything to get a deal done. But where there is an action, there is a reaction.
Josh Altman has been increasing his portfolio over the years and his numbers have increased. The listings are becoming larger and his experience is becoming greater. And Josh isn’t letting anyone get in his way. He has proven this by confronting Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand, and even the two new agents on the show, James Harris and David Parnes.
According to a new Bravo report, Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles star Josh Altman‘s hard work has paid off for him. Josh and his brother Matt created their own company, The Altman Brothers. And their skills have earned them a spot on the Hollywood Reporter‘s Hollywood’s Top 25 Real Estate Agents.
Josh Altman has a strict routine in place to ensure that he gets the work done. He always fights for his clients, he works out in the morning, and he makes sure to answer the phone no matter where he is or what he is doing.
This was shown on an episode in which Josh Altman was picking up the phone and making deals during his wedding planning. It is possible that Heather Bilyeu and Josh need to postpone their wedding because of their work schedules.
“I treat everybody the same, I don’t care if they’re a mega-celebrity, I don’t care if they’re a mega-businessman, but you do have to be on your game all the time [when helping a celeb]. They’re very good at what they do, and they expect you to be very good at what you do. You got to be on your game,” Josh Altman has revealed, adding, “It’s become a pretty everyday thing.”
But Josh isn’t the only Million Dollar Listing star on the list. He joins Fredrik Eklund from Million Dollar Listing: New York and independent broker Chris Cortazzo.
According to The Inquisitr, Josh Altman has rubbed his two co-stars the wrong way. James Harris and David Parnes think that Josh is arrogant and lacks sophistication. They don’t like doing deals with him, but it may pay off to be arrogant. He landed a prominent spot on an important list.
What do you think of Josh Altman getting this form of recognition?
