Instant Ramen — probably the quintessential choice for food among college students. With its easy-to-prepare instructions and cheap price, no wonder so many searching for a degree consider this product a food group, especially on a tight budget. The Inquisitr has reported on instant ramen before, and it isn’t good. Primarily, ramen has been linked to heart attack and diabetes. Kind of leaves a sour taste in your mouth right?
However, instant ramen can actually be made in different ways to have a fantastic new meal, and it is proven with this video that shows eleven instant ramen hacks you need to try.
Uploaded on the official Youtube channel for BuzzFeedVideo , it already has over 840,000 views with over 16,000 people wanting to try out the hacks. I guess over 1,300 people just got tired of eating the noodles. Also, as of the publication of this article, this video is on Youtube’s 100 Most Popular Videos list.
To start, the latter part of the video shows what could be added to instant ramen to give it a whole new experience for one’s palette. The list includes eggs, butter, american cheese, chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce, ranch dressing, and peanut butter (in Asia this is normal). They also suggest eating it plain, in Chex mix, or as a topping for salads. However, the coolest hacks are in the beginning of the video in which they show viewers how to use ramen to make grilled cheese sandwiches, pizza, and even gnocchi.
