Pretty Little Liars Star, Lucy Hale, To Collaborate With Hollister On Two New Collections

Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale is always on the move! As if she doesn’t have a busy and successful acting career, Lucy Hale has dabbled in the music industry and now she is reportedly trying her hand in the fashion world!

The Pretty Little Liars star is reportedly teaming up with Hollister to create a line that will hopefully draw in a younger crowd according to Fashion & Style. While this is the first time Lucy Hale has tried her hand at designing a clothing line, Hollister and the starlet have said they are both excited for the new venture!

“I am so fortunate to be working with Hollister on this collaboration. It is an exciting time for the brand and it has been an unforgettable experience being able to design quality clothes that reflect a Southern California lifestyle,” the Pretty Little Liar star said in a statement.

According to the Daily Mail, Lucy is the first celebrity to team up with Hollister and they are working on two new collections, both of which were inspired by her Southern California lifestyle. The report continued on to say that the first collection is scheduled to hit stores August 8 and will include “pieces created for layering.” The second collection is set to be released on August 29 and will feature “soft, beach separates.”

Lucy Hale is excited for the new collect and reportedly wants it to reflect her own personal style. According to MTV News, in a video teaser for her new collection, Lucy says she wants the collection to feel carefree:

“I just wanted this collection to feel really carefree and effortless–pieces that you can throw together last-minute to go get coffee and layer it up to go to a party with your friends.”

So why partner up with Hollister for her first venture into the fashion world? According to Seventeen, Lucy believes that the company shares similar “aesthetics” as her. “Relaxed but cool, easy but stylish. It felt very organic. It’s very SoCal—easy, fun, flirty, and cool.”

Michael Scheiner, Abercrombie spokesman, said in a statement that Lucy is a perfect fit for the brand:

“This is part of our ongoing strategy to connect with our consumers and provide clothing and content that is relevant to them.”
