Ubisoft released a new video recently showing off a section of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations shown off to attendees of Gamescom this past week.
In the video, we get to see a good chunk – about ten minutes worth, in fact – of gameplay from the perspective of not only Ezio, but also Altair. All of it is set to some insightful developer commentary that explains new mechanics introduced in Assassin’s Creed: Revelations along the way.
Of particular interest, or at least to me, is the bit about the bombs available for Ezio to make. The tripwire bomb looks especially useful and, if it works as appears, will allow for even more creative ways to systematically take down everyone in your path.
Assassin’s Creed: Revelations is due out on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on November 15. A PC version is also in the works, but it’s been pushed back to an unspecified time.
