Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler End Engagement

Only a week after completing their wedding registry, reality TV star Kristin Cavallari and Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler have called off their engagement, according to reports by People magazine.

“She got dumped,” a source told the magazine. “She’s absolutely devastated. She can’t believe this is happening.”

Cavallari, 24, and Cutler, 28, were planning a spring wedding after getting engaged in April, when Cutler popped the question during a romantic getaway to Mexico.

“She was planning her dream wedding, the date was set, the location – everything was set,” the source told People. “She’s in shock that the dream wedding she was planning is going to end this way.”

While the two have yet to officially confirm or deny the reports, Cavallari was spotted on Saturday night sans her engagement ring and then on Sunday hinted at the split via a Twitter post.
