Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have gotten back together for a The Hills reunion, which some might consider shocking after the supposedly nasty divorce and all the other muck-raking and fighting with people like Brody Jenner.
In a related report by The Inquisitr , Heidi Montag’s breast reduction had an interesting explanation :
“I couldn’t conceptualize the weight of them in my body. They felt like bowling balls on my chest. I felt inappropriate. Guys would stare at me really creepily and felt they had the right to because I had such big boobs.”
Over time the American couple that people have loved to hate also realized their lifestyle was inappropriate, as well. In order to make money the pair would fabricate tabloid stories about bankruptcy and divorce in order to generate easy cash. But as they say, easy come, easy go. Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag’s net worth reportedly went downhill quick since they were spending upwards of $10 million in a relatively short amount of time, which includes the $30,000 the former Hills star spent on copious amounts of plastic surgery.
Eventually, Montag and Pratt had a wake up call :
“We were immature and we got caught up. Every time we’d go out to eat, we’d order $4,000 bottles of wine. Heidi was going to the mall and dropping $20,000 to $30,000 a day. We thought we were Jay Z and Beyonce. We have kind of come to the point where it’s a reality check and it’s like, whoa, we had a lot of money and whoa, we spent a lot of money. We should have like $10 million plus in the bank. And we don’t.”
Besides working on fixing their finances, they’ve also been trying to mend broken relationships, including making nice with Lauren Conrad. About four years Spencer and Brody Jenner had a very public fight on The Hills , but now it appears it’s all water under the bridge according to Pratt:
“We all went out to celebrate [Jenner’s] new podcast. He’s great, we’re great. Brody’s an incredible friend. We all got caught up playing our ‘Hills’ characters for awhile, but now that we’re back to actual reality, it’s all good.”
