Meek Mill Taking Lessons From The Madison School Of Etiquette And Protocol

Meek Mill enjoyed his court-ordered etiquette classes so much that he wants to learn more about the proper way to behave in society.

The rapper was previously ordered to properly investigate the ins and out of social etiquette after violating his probation earlier this year. Since the judge felt that Meek Mill could learn a few things about how to act. As a result, he headed to a series of classes on the subject.

During his studies, Meek Mill reportedly learned all about proper social media communication and how to dress for success. The rapper’s attorney said Mill passed the classes with flying colors. However, the rapper apparently developed a fondness for refinement during these lessons.

Since Meek Mill enjoyed his etiquette classes, the rapper decided to continue his studies beyond the court-ordered sessions. He enlisted the help of the Madison School of Etiquette and Protocol to dive even deeper into the world of gentlemanly behavior.

In addition to the subjects he’s already tackled, Meek Mill is currently interested in picking up a few pointers on fine dining and international social customs. Since the rapper spends so much of his time on the road these days, increasing his knowledge on how to act aboard could do him some good.

Meek Mill spent eight months in jail following a gun possession charge back in 2008. During a chat with MTV’s This is How I Made It, the recording artist explained how his time behind bars helped change his perspective on life.

“In jail, you ain’t got nothing to do but sit in there and think all day. I just [didn’t] wanna die, I [didn’t] wanna get shot or get life in jail because that’s the usual script. I ended up going about 20-something months and realized that wasn’t the place I wanted to be,” he said.

Meek Mill continued, “They let me out on house arrest and the judge gave me permission to go to the studio, and that taught me another lesson because every day [I was] going straight to the studio for 12 hours straight and I started putting up six songs a day for three months straight — that’s what gave me my little jump start.”

The rapper recently teamed up with Young Thug for the track “Hundreds (I had a Dream),” which debuted on Soundcloud yesterday. Check out the new song below.
