Darwin, Australia – Jodie Marks was visiting her local McDonald’s with her husband when she was unexpectedly humiliated by one of the store’s employees. The young man who was taking her order gestured to her breasts in front of other customers and employees and asked twice whether they are real or fake.
“The young man gestured toward my chest and said ‘are those real or fake?’,” the 26-year-old said. She stood there, dumbfounded, and the employee repeated his question.
“I’d expect someone to say it to me at 2am in the morning outside a nightclub but not while I’m trying to get my dinner at McDonald’s,” she said.
The couple requested to speak to a manager, who basically told Marks that the question wasn’t a big deal and to forget about it.
“I obviously wasn’t happy with that answer. They refused to give us the number of the franchise owner.”
Their food was given to them for free, and they eventually did speak to the owner, who apologized. Marks specified that she was actually more upset with the manager than the counter clerk.
“I’m not as upset with (the counter staff’s) behavior, he’s only a kid, it’s the manager and the way she fobbed it off and tried to tell me it wasn’t a big deal,” She said.
She added that she would probably avoid McDonald’s in the future.
“The only thing I really like is Macca’s breakfast,” she said.
Do you think that the McDonald’s employee or manager should be punished and/or fired for this fake breast flap?
