Brown, Rihanna Snuggle During Grammy Awards

Chris Brown and Rihanna snuggled during the Grammy Awards on Sunday night, proving that the couple is back together following their nasty split four years ago.

Brown and Rihanna may not have walked the red carpet together or perform on stage together, but they still spent the night with their arms wrapped around each other in the audience.

Their apparent reunion comes four years after Brown viciously beat Rihanna the night before the Grammy Awards in a move that shocked the industry.

Yahoo! Music reports that the image of the couple cuddling in the audience sent Twitter users into a frenzy. They quickly tweeted out their support for or revulsion about the couple’s Grammy reunion. One user wrote:

“Rihanna & Sting onstage together. Good to see her joined by a member of The Police without Christ Brown involved.”

Another user was more supportive, writing:

“I don’t care what anyone says, Chris Brown and Rihanna are beautiful together! Hate all you want, I love them!”

The sight of Chris Brown and Rihanna snuggling comes on the heels of his latest court appearance for his probation related to her beating, notes The Examiner. During the hearing, Rihanna blew Brown a kiss and sat behind him in a show of support.

For Rihanna’s part, she told Rolling Stone magazine recently about her reconciliation with Brown:

“Even if it’s a mistake, it’s my mistake. After being tormented for so many years, being angry and dark, I’d rather just live my truth and take the backlash. I can handle it.”

Of Brown she added, “He made a mistake, and he’s paid his dues … And sometimes people need support and encouragement, instead of ridicule and criticism and bashing.”
