Kim Kardashian Pregnant: Mom Kris Jenner Already Looking To Cash In By Selling Baby Bump Photos

With Kim Kardashian pregnant, the entire clan is reportedly mobilizing to do what they do best — make money off of their personal lives.

The reality television family has reportedly already started figuring out how to cash in off of Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy. Her mom, Kris Jenner, has already emailed editors for weekly celebrity magazines to see what they would pay for baby bump photos, a source told the New York Daily News.

It has only been a little more than a day since Kim Kardashian announced she’s pregnant, but the family has already worked their way to close to half a million dollars.

“(It) likely will sell at $300,000, and that’s Kim solo because Kanye always looks so miserable,” the source told the New York Daily News.

Never lacking for publicity, Kim announced the news of her pregnancy on Twitter.

“It’s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby,” she posted on Twitter. “We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us.”

Soon after the news broke, Kim Kardashian planned to step out, fulfilling her duties as host of a New Year’s Eve part in Las Vegas.

“She’ll be here,” said Kelsey Lima, a coordinator for the pricey party at 1 Oak in the Mirage resort. “She’ll definitely be here to count down to midnight, but obviously she won’t be partying hard.”

While many may argue that Kim has lived her life solely for publicity — as her marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries has been criticized as a stunt — her baby may not fall into those plans. In September, three months before Kim Kardashian announced that she was pregnant, she told ABC’s The View: “Kids is definitely something I want, I think I wanted that before.”
