Karrueche Tran Fears Chris Brown After Filing Restraining Order

Karrueche Tran is worried about Chris Brown’s potential actions now that she has been granted a restraining order against him, a source claims.

The socialite filed the legal court documents this month, Complex notes, stressing that she was deeply concerned by some of the threats made by the 27-year-old.

Karrueche Tran goes as far as to admit that she was physically abused by Chris throughout their three-year relationship, which ended in 2014, so she doesn’t underestimate Brown and what he could potentially do to her.

Text messages, which revealed how Chris would never allow Karrueche to find happiness with another man, were supposedly exposed in the documents, along with screenshots from conversations where the “Loyal” singer allegedly threatened to kill his ex-girlfriend.

Karrueche Tran made it very clear that she has suffered enough abuse from Chris, and because of that, she’s not taking those threats lightly. However, now that she has been granted the restraining order, Hollywood Life notes that the social media guru is still fearful of her ex-boyfriend, convinced that he’s going to retaliate in a harsh way.

Now that Brown is fully aware of the fact that he’s not allowed to be near Karrueche, or her family members, the 28-year-old says that she’s being extra careful with the people she surrounds herself with, knowing that many of her pals share some kind of friendship with Chris.

Her worst fear would be one of her friends shared her personal information with Brown, and before she knew it, Karrueche had the singer stalking her again. Chris prides himself on knowing how to get to the socialite at any given time, which Hollywood Life says is only making Tran feel more concerned, fearing she will be confronted by Brown over his failure to accept the fact that she no longer wants to be with him.

“Kae is definitely terrified about what Chris will do now,” a source tells the outlet. “She knows he can snap and do something terrible. She’s not even staying at home now she’s so scared, so instead, she’s staying at friends until things die down.”

Taking to his Instagram page earlier this week, Chris strongly denied ever putting his hands on Karrueche Tran, telling his fans not to believe everything that they read on the internet.

“Make sure y’all don’t be listening to all this bulls**t man,” he says. “I don’t know what the f**k they’re talking about. Don’t believe all that bulls**t, bro.”

As of right now, the source notes that Karrueche will be spending the majority of her time with friends and family, feeling uncomfortable about the idea of staying at her home all by herself — she’s not taking Chris’ threats lightly.

Only time will tell whether or not Brown will accept Karrueche Tran’s wishes so that she can move on her with life, but because Chris has made it known in the past that he still has feelings for his ex-girlfriend, the singer is finding it ever-so-hard to detach himself from her.

Karrueche is relieved to know that the “Run It” star will be heading out on his North American tour next month, meaning that he won’t be spending as much time in Los Angeles. It’ll give her some peace of mind, knowing that she doesn’t have to be as careful regarding the events she attends where she could possibly run into Chris.

After all, Brown is known for breaking the law. A restraining order wouldn’t stop him from getting to those that have filed the court-ordered document.
