Sylvester Stallone’s ‘Bullet To The Head’ Gets A New Trailer
A brand new trailer for the Sylvester Stallone thriller Bullet to the Head has found its way onto the internet, according to Cinema Blend.
In order to prepare prospective moviegoers for the seasoned action star’s latest cinematic endeavor, Warner Bros. has unleashed a brand new trailer for the upcoming revenge thriller. Directed by Walter Hill (Last Man Standing, The Warriors), the film finds a police officer joining forces with an assassin in an effort to locate the men responsible for killing their respective partners. The film also stars Jason Momoa (Conan the Barbarian), Sung Kang (Fast Five), Christian Slater (True Romance), and Sarah Shahi (Fairly Legal).
The latest trailer for Bullet to the Head bears a striking resemblance to the international trailer released a few weeks ago. The clip offers up plenty of over-the-top action, which is precisely what fans of Sylvester Stallone and Walter Hill are looking for in a motion picture.
Wikipedia describes the film’s plot as follows:
“In the film, a hitman (Sylvester Stallone) teams with a young NYPD detective (Sung Kang) in a high-stakes investigation that leads from dingy back alleys all the way to the power corridors of New Orleans. The unlikely duo, brought together by two vicious murders, take on all who stand in their way, willing to sacrifice everything to exact revenge.”
Next year is shaping up to be quite busy for the Rocky star. In addition to Bullet to the Head, Stallone is slated to appear alongside fellow action hero Arnold Schwarzenegger in director Mikael Hafstrom’s The Tomb. In 2014, Stallone and Robert De Niro will team up for the sports comedy Grudge Match.
While all of these projects would keep most people occupied for quite some time, Stallone is also slated to appear in the third installment of his popular Expendables franchise at some point in the near future.
Bullet in the Head should arrive in North American theaters on February 1, 2013. The latest trailer has been embedded below. Are you a fan of Sylvester Stallone’s movies?
