Kylie Jenner Secretly Engaged? Tyga’s Girlfriend Acts Coy About Ring
Kylie Jenner and Tyga are secretly engaged. Sources have told OK! Magazine that the 19-year-old’s “promise ring” is actually an engagement ring that she has been wearing since September.
In case you haven’t noticed, Kylie Jenner has been spotted rocking another big rock on that finger. The starlet has taken to both Instagram and Snapchat to share racy photos to distract her followers from the fact that she received yet another diamond ring from the rapper. OK! Magazine first ran the story on Thursday, Nov. 24, that Jenner, 19, and Tyga, 27, have been engaged for the past few months and are supposedly planning their wedding.
“Kylie asked Tyga what he wanted for his birthday and he said, ‘I want you and no one else.’ And then he asked her to be his wife! Kylie was just blown away. She absolutely adores Tyga and wants nothing more than to build a life with him. She’s always felt they were soul mates. So of course she said yes.”
While the Kylie Cosmetics entrepreneur is happy over the news, she is still leery about spending the rest of her life with him. Tyga has a long list of financial problems, in addition to the various cheating rumors. Kylie still hasn’t told her family, claims the source. But, she is so happy to be back with her boyfriend that she really doesn’t care if they don’t accept the news.
“Kylie knows she’ll have an uphill battle persuading her family that it’s the right time to marry Tyga. But they’ll have to accept it if they truly care about her. This is what she wants; she’s so happy with him.”
A previous source told E! News that the reality star has already discussed family and marriage plans with Tyga, and with her girlfriends, although she is not engaged. Kylie may not be ready to have kids right now, but she does see the “Rack City” rapper with her for the long haul.
“Kylie has brought up marriage with Tyga to her friends lately, both jokingly and seriously. It wouldn’t happen now but she’s been thinking about it more and wants a future with him.”
In her September 2016 cover story with Complex magazine, Jenner revealed that she couldn’t see her life without T-Raww. The pair briefly split back in May, but since reunited over the summer. She even admitted her friends and family warned her about the bad boy rapper.
“The first year we started hanging out, everyone around him told him not to be with me. I still get comments like, ‘Don’t be with him.’ But we’re not doing it for the public—we love each other. We need to be together at all times. We never get mad at each other, we just figure things out.”
Though Kylie has been proudly flaunting her diamond ring on social media, she does get a little shy talking about it, according to People. She and her sister, Kendall Jenner, sat down for an interview with E! News about their new novel, Time of the Twins: The Story of Lex and Livia. Once the conversation turned personal, Kylie was a little shy about talking about their relationship status.
“I’m just the same!” she admitted.
“[Tyga and I] are just chilling.”
Her 21-year-old sister pointed to Kylie’s finger and repeated, “‘We’re just chilling.'”
“You know … this is just a little promise ring,” the teen said sheepishly before staring down at the big rock.
This comes after it was reported that she gifted her boyfriend with a 60-carat diamond bracelet for his birthday on Saturday, Nov. 19, according to the Latin Post. Jenner showed off her boyfriend’s new bling on her Snapchat account. After Tyga received the gift, he gave his girlfriend a big hug. The diamond bracelet wasn’t the only gift to the rapper. According to Us Weekly, Jenner also gave him a birthday cake and spent time with his 4-year-old son, King Cairo.
She also shared some sexy shots of herself and Tyga, captioning one of the shirtless photos, “Happy birthday baby.” In the photo, Kylie is seen straddling the rapper topless as he nuzzles into her breasts and reaches his right hand down the back of her jeans.
