‘Dance Moms’ Spoilers: Abby Lee Miller’s Sentencing Moved To 2017

Finally, there’s a little bit of good news for Abby Lee Miller, as the latest Dance Moms spoilers suggest that Abby Lee Miller won’t have to worry about getting sentenced to prison for her fraud case until 2017! This means that there may just be another season of Dance Moms after all…if they can figure out what do about those tumbling ratings.

First, according to the latest Dance Moms spoilers released by Deadline, U.S. Attorney David Hickton has rescheduled Abby Lee Miller’s sentencing date to January 20, 2017, “at a time convenient for the court,” because he was unable to appear in court on behalf of the government on the originally scheduled date of December 2, 2016.

Miller, who plead guilty to several counts of fraud and failure to report income, faces several years in prison when she’s sentenced. And with the sixth season of Dance Moms scheduled to air next month, the seventh season — whose status is up in the air — is currently filming in Los Angeles. No word yet on whether Season 7 will be the last season of the show, but given the tumbling ratings and the pending jail sentence, it looks like it’s highly likely.

Meanwhile, according to the latest Dance Moms spoilers reported by Yahoo!, Abby Lee Miller is still continuing with her questionable practices against the dance troupes, as she was shown on camera trying to sabotage them.

This, of course, did not sit well with the mothers of the girls, who claimed that they were appalled that it was their daughters’ talents that brought Abby Lee Miller into the spotlight, but she treats them terribly. And even though Abby tried to deny the fact that she was sabotaging the troupe, she was caught red-handed.

Said Jill:

“I think our time here is done. I have so much respect for these girls. They’re done. They made Abby a household name. And she’s treating them like dirt.”

Considering that Abby Lee Miller was willing to stoop so low as to try to get her own troupe disqualified, it’s safe to say that she is, in fact, done, whether or not she ends up going to jail in January.

Finally, according to the latest Dance Moms spoilers released by Christian Today, if indeed Abby Lee Miller does go to jail — and assuming Lifetime doesn’t cancel the show outright — the show will, indeed, continue without Abby Lee Miller, as it looks like that dance legend Debbie Allen, who is Abby Lee Miller’s partner in the studio, will step in and take over. Also, they also plan on bringing in other celebrities — including, as it’s rumored, Kendall Jenner — to keep the ratings climbing and the viewers interested.

We’ll recall that Kendall Jenner, previously, went after Abby Lee Miller for throwing shade at her mother and her Vogue Espana ballerina themed shoot.

At the time, Kendall said the following.

“It’s so funny that people are getting pregnant and married – or having crazy drama – but my drama is ballerinas being upset at me! With my Vogue Spain shoot, I didn’t even know I was going to be a ballerina until I went into hair and makeup. I never said I knew ballet and I didn’t practice beforehand. I just show up to do my job! It confuses me how people can get that upset when there are so many important things going on in the world. But, it’s obviously not going to stop me from working hard and being me.”
