Kim Kardashian Feuding With ‘Controlling’ Kris Jenner After Robbery [Report]

Kim Kardashian’s Paris robbery has allegedly caused a feud with mom Kris Jenner.

According to reports, after Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, France, on October 2, the reality star has now opened her eyes to see just how “controlling” her mom and manager is and is allegedly now in danger of being locked in a pretty nasty feud with the Kardashian matriarch.

“Kim never realized how much her mother and the money-making machine was controlling her until this robbery,” an insider alleged to Radar Online of Kim and Kris’ alleged brewing feud after Kardashian’s Paris attack. “Kim is just starting to think that maybe Kris’ intentions were not pure all along.”

The site also claimed that Kardashian has been doing some serious thinking about her life after seeing the sweet tribute video husband Kanye West made her for her birthday earlier this month, which featured several videos of Kim as a child with her late father Rob Kardashian.

Glamour reported that that the birthday video, which West shared with the world, gave Kardashian’s fans a look at some never before seen videos of a young Kim and also “heavily centres around dad Rob Kardashian, who sadly died in 2003.”

And it sounds like Kanye’s sweet video present had a lasting impact on Kim.

“When Kim saw the tape, she told her family that she wanted to be the girl that her father wanted her to be and not the girl that she became with Kris’ help,” a source said of how Kardashian reacted to Kanye’s birthday gift.

But it’s not just Kanye Wests’s birthday video that’s allegedly sparked a feud between Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner, as Radar Online then went on to claim that Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ recent hiatus has also been causing drama for Kris and her daughter as the feud rumors swirl.

While Kardashian has taken some time away from filming for the E! reality series following her Paris robbery, an insider claimed that Kris has allegedly been urging her daughter to get back to filming for Keeping Up with the Kardashians as soon as possible, which has left Kim less than thrilled with her mom’s urgency to get back to work.

“[Kim] cannot believe that Kris could even think of putting the show before her well-being,” the source said of the feud claims, adding that Jenner’s “controlling” ways have been “driving such a huge wedge” between Kim and Kris in the wake of the robbery.

Reports claiming that Kim has now gotten wise to Jenner’s “money-making machine” comes just days after Closer Magazine alleged that Kardashian has been telling Jenner that she may quit Keeping Up with the Kardashians after her robbery, though the twosome have not commented on the recent claims.

“[Kim’s] unsure whether she wants to do the show – she feels so shaken and vulnerable,” a source told the site earlier this month, claiming that Kardashian has been “reassessing everything” after being tied up and robbed at gunpoint of $10 million worth of jewelry while in Paris.

“She’s not sure she wants to open up her personal life to the world anymore,” the Kim insider continued, adding that while Jenner is sympathetic to Kim’s wishes to keep Keeping Up with the Kardashians on hiatus, Kris has actually been encouraging her to return to filming the E! reality show.

The magazine reported that Jenner has “spoken to Kim about the show and explained she doesn’t want her to quit her TV career as a result of the robbery” because Kris doesn’t want to see her daughter throw away her years of hard work.

“[Kris] told her that Keeping Up with the Kardashians has made her an international star,” said the source of Kris, adding that Jenner told Kim that she “shouldn’t let what happened deny her the success it’s taken her years to achieve.”
