Malia Obama Bong Photo: First Daughter’s Scandal Deepens As Viral Photo Shows Her At Party Next To Giant Bong

Malia Obama is again stirring up controversy, with a viral photo showing the First Daughter at a frat party next to what appears to be a giant bong.

The eldest daughter of President Barack Obama, Malia has courted controversy in recent weeks as she was spotted partying all night at a club in Amsterdam and photographed at a music concert with what appeared to be a joint. The newest picture shows Malia at a frat party at the University of Pennsylvania, standing next to an enormous bong.

The picture did not actually show Malia Obama smoking the bong and in fact, it appears to be out of use at the time the photo was taken. But after a series of other scandals, the photo was seen as a hit to Malia Obama’s image.

In the picture, Malia wore a Harvard University hat and a white T-shirt with the words “Smoking Kills,” a reference to the previous scandal when she was photographed holding what appeared to be a joint at Lollapalooza.

While there were also questions about the authenticity of the Malia Obama bong photo, an expert contact by Radar Online verified that it is real.

“I have examined the image in detail,” Photoshop expert Alan Barry told the outlet. “While what has been provided me is a very low-resolution image, it is nevertheless clear to me that the image of Malia has not in any way been manipulated using photoshop or any similar software.”

“Specifically, her image was not added or overplayed in any way to another image to create the final photo,” he said. “That is, for better or worse, Malia Obama in the photo.”

The photo of Malia Obama standing next to a bong at a frat party is reminiscent of another quasi-scandal for the Harvard-bound high school graduate. Last year, when Malia was making some college visits to narrow down her choices, she was spotted near a beer pong table at a party at Brown University.

Her appearance caused quite a stir among the partygoers, many of whom snapped pictures and shared them on social media.

“Malia Obama was taking shots and playing beer pong at a party last night LOL,” one person tweeted (via Buzzfeed).

There appeared to be more proof of her next scandal when Malia was photographed holding a joint at Lollapalooza. A witness told Radar Online that the First Daughter was indeed smoking marijuana at the outdoor music festival.

“I caught Malia smoking pot and I have the pictures to prove it,” said 18-year-old Jerrdin Selwyn, who claimed to have seen Malia holding the joint during a Bryson Tiller set. “You could smell the marijuana smoke.”

And that came just a few weeks after witnesses saw Malia partying into the early morning at a club in Amsterdam.

While these scandals have brought a touch of controversy to Malia Obama and her family, many others have defended her online, noting that there is nothing unusual about an 18-year-old going to parties occasionally. In fact, Malia has otherwise been a dedicated student with a heart for public service.

Her trip to Amsterdam, for example, took place during an effort to promote a White House Initiative called Let Girls Learn, which aims to remove barriers for young girls to get an education.

So far, Malia Obama has not spoken publicly about the photo showing her standing next to a bong and has not responded to any of her other controversies. The latest scandal could soon dissipate, as there is an effort in Pennsylvania to legalize recreational marijuana. Illinois, where the Lollapalooza photo was taken, has already decriminalized marijuana.
