Kourtney Kardashian Pregnant? Report Claims ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ Star Expecting Baby No. 4 After Reunion With Scott Disick

Kourtney Kardashian may be pregnant again, with reports that the reality star is hiding a baby bump after a reunion with ex Scott Disick.

Kourtney and Scott have had a turbulent relationship for the last year, with Kourtney dumping Scott after months of allegedly giving him ultimatums about his drinking and partying. Though she cut off the relationship with Scott, Kourtney has not cut ties entirely, and the two actually maintained a close relationship as they served as co-parents to their three children.

Now, there are reports that Kourtney could be expecting baby No. 4. Celeb Dirty Laundry reported that she had been spotted with what observers called a baby bump, one that came after she reunited with Scott over the summer.

“Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian were spotted by the paparazzi on a shopping trip in Encino, California together. Realizing that photographers were apparently following them, Kim Kardashian’s sisters took a ride on a merry-go-round despite carrying two bags full of purchases with them.

Clearly, Kourtney Kardashian is making no effort in hiding her rumored baby bump or even denying the pregnancy allegations to the media for that matter, either.”

But amid the rumors that Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant again, there are other reports that indicate she is resisting the idea of letting Scott Disick back into her life. Though there are reports that the two have been discussing the idea of getting back together — and separate reports that the two may be hooking up secretly — Kourtney said publicly that she’s worried about giving him false hope.

The report came from a promo for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, in which Kourtney is hesitant about going to Scott’s 33rd birthday party.

“I’m just not sure if I wanna go. I mean, I’m so happy that Scott and I are getting along so well and that we’re co-parenting,” Kourtney said (via ET Online). “But I think hanging out with Scott without the kids… Scott can just take any little thing and run with it and think that like we’re getting back together tomorrow.”

As the show was filmed a few months ago, ET Online already had the answer — Kourtney did indeed go to Scott’s birthday party, and that the two appeared very close during the party.

Kourtney did end up going to Scott’s birthday party — which took place in May — with her sister, Khloe, and even took a private jet with her ex to the Sin City. An eyewitness at the party told ET that Scott and Kourtney — who was wearing a sexy, bright green printed Versace dress — were whispering to each other inside their booth, and that the birthday boy also exchanged a lot of laughs with Khloe.

It can be very difficult to separate the fact from fiction when it comes to the Kardashian family, however. The sisters have become a popular target for tabloids, with near endless speculation about their relationships and potential pregnancies.

Kourtney’s relationship with Scott Disick has been one of the most popular topics. There have been reports of a potential reunion nearly every time the two have been spotted together, which is frequent given their decision to maintain a relationship for the sake of their children.

These reports have more often than not turned out to be false, including some other stories claiming that Kourtney Kardashian may be pregnant. Other separate reports have claimed that sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian were pregnant, with those turning out to be false as well. So there is a healthy measure of doubt with the latest report, which is based solely on loose-fitting clothing allegedly covering up a baby bump.

For her part, Kourtney Kardashian has not commented on the rumors that she is pregnant.
