Kristen Stewart Misses Robert Pattinson, Felt Nostalgic While Shooting ‘Equals’?

It looks like Equals actress Kristen Stewart has not forgotten her old lover and Twilight co-star, Robert Pattinson.

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have remained fan favorites ever since their portrayal of Bella Swan and Edward Cullen in Twilight saga. Their high-profile relationship was the talk of the town and even made Twilight a blockbuster. After their highly publicized breakup, Rob moved on with FKA Twigs, and Kristen dated a few girls from the show business. However, it is not possible to forget the first love.

In a recent interview, Kristen revealed what it felt like when she first fell in love and, from the way the actress narrated it, made it clear that she was indeed talking about her affair with Robert.

Kristen’s recent movie, Equals, follows the story of a young couple, played by herself and Nicholas Hoult, who live in a futuristic world where there are no emotions. Their life takes a different turn altogether when they experience falling in love, actually feeling it for the very first time. The film talks about romance in a different way, and to portray such a character was not at all easy for the actress.

The topic of the relationship came up during her interview with Entertainment Tonight when Kristen was promoting Equals. The actress stated that she actually felt the emotions of falling in love for the first time when she first read the script.

“I read the script and I was just like, ‘This is going to suck and hurt to think about.'”

Kristen later elaborated on what it feels like when one falls in love for the first time:

“You just place yourself in that feeling that maybe you’ve had before — it’s the most visceral, intense, overwhelming feeling — so when it’s really great, it’s epically great, and when it’s really bad, it’s epically bad. So we knew going into it, this was gonna be like … ‘Oof, this is going to hurt.'”

It surely sounded like she was thinking about Robert while filming, as their own romance started “epically great” on the sets of Twilight, but things turned “epically bad” when Us Magazine published pictures in which she was seen cheating on Robert with her Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders.

Kristen recently ended her another relation with SoKo and is now getting serious for her former girlfriend, Alicia Cargile. Kristen waited a long time for Robert, but he chose to stay with FKA Twigs, and soon after that, she found affection for Alicia. The news about Kristen getting serious swirled after the duo was spotted at her house on Father’s Day. According to Daily Mail, after getting back with Alicia, Stewart is taking everything very seriously, as she does not want to lose her the way she lost Robert.

“They’ve had an on-off relationship, but it’s clear that things are now serious between Kristen Stewart and Alicia Cargile,” reports the Daily Mail. “The 26-year-old actress was joined by her girlfriend on Sunday as she visited her dad John in Studio City, California for Father’s Day. It looked as though the family afternoon had gone well, as the happy couple wore big smiles as they left the house and headed off together.”

Kristen still thinking about Robert shows that even after ending their relationship, there is some spark left between them. However, if the reports of her getting serious with Alicia Cargile is true, then all the reports about her having thoughts of Rob are nothing but speculation.
