Is Gwen Stefani Engaged To Blake Shelton? She Steps Out With Possible Engagement Ring

Could Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton be engaged? It sure looked that way during Stefani’s latest performance.

Just weeks after a source claimed Shelton was ready to propose, Gwen Stefani took the stage at Wango Tango wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring on her ring finger. According to a new report, Gwen Stefani treated fans to a live show on Saturday and surprised many with her noticeable finger bling.

“After just a few blissful months dating, Blake and Gwen may be sealing the deal and getting married! Though neither artist has mentioned anything on their social media accounts (and they’re awfully fond of declaring their love for each other publicly), wearing a huge diamond ring on her left ring finger is a pretty telling sign that she’s newly engaged!” Hollywood Life reported on May 15.

Gwen Stefani and Shelton have been dating since last fall, and while they are just months into their romance, they appear to be ready to take the next step. Not only are they constantly gushing over one another and supporting one another online, they’ve also built a family unit with Gwen Stefani’s sons, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2.

“Blake could propose to [Gwen Stefani] very soon,” a source close to Shelton told Us Weekly in April. “Gwen is everything he wants… With [Gwen Stefani], Blake has the family life he’d hoped to have with Miranda, [and] her kids love him as much as she does.”

Prior to his romance with Gwen Stefani, Shelton was married for four years to fellow country artist Miranda Lambert, but during their marriage, the couple did not welcome any children of their own. Instead, they remained focused on their booming careers, which have continued long after their divorce.

Luckily, however, Shelton’s failure to welcome kids with Lambert doesn’t mean he won’t ever have children of his own.

“Blake wants kids of his own,” added the magazine’s source. “And [Gwen Stefani] is willing to try!”

As for when Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton could potentially start planning for a family of their own, it is highly unlikely that Gwen Stefani will pop up pregnant any time soon. After all, the singer just released her new album, This Is What The Truth Feels Like and will be touring from July until October.

Meanwhile, Shelton is just as busy. Later this week, the 39-year-old country star will be releasing his latest studio album, If I’m Honest, which includes his duet with Gwen Stefani, and at the same time, he continues to film the 10th season of The Voice.

Despite their busy schedules, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have made it a point to stay in touch.

“[Gwen Stefani] texts Blake a million times a day,” a second insider revealed to Us Weekly. “But he doesn’t mind at all… Blake hasn’t been this happy in years!”

For the first several months of her relationship with Shelton, Gwen Stefani was technically still married to Gavin Rossdale. Although Gwen Stefani and Rossdale announced they were parting ways in August 2015, their divorce proceedings took several months due to their finances and the custody of their children. Now, however, Gwen Stefani is divorced and free to wed.

Gwen Stefani and Shelton have not yet addressed the significance of her diamond ring but Stefani did share a photo of the band on Instagram, which quickly got her followers talking about a possible engagement.
