How do Harry Styles and Kendall Jenner do it? They’ve hardly been seen together publicly, either during their 2013 dating stint or the more recent one (St Barths adventure notwithstanding). They have clocked up mere weeks (rather than months, let alone years) of official, confirmed dating time. And yet scandal seems to surround the beautiful pair like a tornado raging around a vulnerable farmhouse, and everybody from Cristiano Ronaldo to Taylor Swift to Kris Jenner, as well as most of Kendall’s sisters, and now a socialite named Pandora (the woman who founded Anti-Agency), seems determined to get in and make life complicated for the supermodel stunner and the One Direction heartthrob.

Where will it all end? If Harry’s ex Taylor Swift is to be believed, then dating the flirtatious One Direction star can be difficult at the best of times – traumatized Taylor apparently quipped that dating Harry should come with a health warning, as reported by The Independent.

Is it jealousy that leads these interferers to determinedly take their clippers to the budding Hendall romance again and again?

When Momager Kris Jenner Watched Harry And Kendall Make Out On A Yacht And The Kardashian/Jenner Sisters Became Jealous

Harry is so famous that he is not just a prospective partner of Kendall’s, he is a milkable asset to the business-minded Kardashian family. When Harry and Kendall made out on that yacht in the Caribbean, not only were both their moms present, a bunch of Azoffs and U.S. chat show host Ellen Degeneres were around, as well as a bunch of paparazzi snapping away in their little speedboats.

Of course Hendall-haters and “Larry” shippers scoffed about how fake and staged the romance is, while shippers of Hendall moaned that the romance between the pair was not a commodity. At least everybody could agree that cashing in on the lovers’ affectionate displays was in poor taste.

Whose relationship could withstand that level of scrutiny, outsider manipulation and toxicity? When reality pair Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey got divorced in 2005, he admitted that taking their romance public was a mistake and probably the reason it didn’t work out, according to CBS. Long-time Hollywood pair Jay-Z and Beyonce have said the longevity of their marriage is owed to their insistence on privacy and the fact that “we don’t play with our relationship.”

As if the St Barths debacle wasn’t enough, Kendall emerged from the yacht to be greeted by at least one jealous sister, according to Hollywood Life, and a couple of others who gave noncommittal interviews saying they did not know if Hendall was on.

Did flirtatious Harry consider this his green light to go and have a fling with that stylist somewhere?

When Cristiano Ronaldo Flirted With Kendall Publicly and She Reportedly Flirted Back And Probably Freaked Harry Out

No one likes to think their date has an eye on someone else. When Cristiano Ronaldo flirted with Kendall after the St Barths trip, various tabloids, including Hollywood Life, soon ran headlines saying she was flattered and would “totally date” Cristiano. Harry was probably off somewhere in another country trying to be a good boyfriend. If he suddenly saw the Cristiano/Kendall thing splashed all over the papers, why wouldn’t he go and jump into bed with a blonde stylist?

Was the 1D bedhopper showing Kendall who is boss? Perhaps beautiful Kendall thought a bit of jealousy would spice things up and make Harry pursue her more intently, but now it has backfired.

When Taylor Swift Said It “Bites” Seeing Kendall And Harry Together

No one knows if Kendall and Harry are on good terms right now, or if Kendall and Taylor are good friends, but when Taylor Swift came out saying she hated seeing Harry and Kendall together, it was not exactly joyous and encouraging. Especially seeing as Kendall reportedly likes Taylor and would be up for joining the ubiquitous girl squad.

When Nobody Believed It Was Actually Real

Of course, there is a chance (in this writer’s opinion, a very small one) that the whole romance is staged, but assuming Hendall is real, it must be hard hearing again and again that you are only with someone for money and publicity. Even paparazzi have started yelling questions at Harry about the Kendall and Harry “PR stunt” whenever he appears at the airport, or when he is just walking around L.A. and London.
