Heather and Terry Dubrow Reveal They Lost $2 Million From Scammer

Heather and Terry Dubrow of The Real Housewives of Orange County have made it obvious that they have a lot of money. When building their new home, Heather has more bathrooms than most people have bedrooms. Now, ET Online is sharing that Heather is revealing that they were actually scammed out of $2 million. Heather went to her podcast and revealed the truth, from her perspective, about what happened. Heather does not seem to be holding anything back and appears to be sharing everything with her fans.

Heather Dubrow has shared that they’ve been ripped off through an accounting scam and that they are even offering $25,000 if someone can help them to catch the culprit. The women they believe is responsible is named Jennifer Lindsey Bell, and they suspect that she has left the country. If that’s the case, it is not going to be easy to find the woman who allegedly scammed Heather and Terry Dubrow out of $2 million. Here is what Heather had to say about it.

“Right now, it’s just about Jennifer Lindsey Bell. Trying to get someone from another country and finding out where people are is a very interesting proposition.”

All of the details about the scam that happened to Heather and Terry Dubrow are not publicly available yet. Heather will be sharing all of it on her podcast, called Heather Dubrow’s World. She has gone on to reveal that they brought in an amazing bounty hunter to help them find Bell. Heather has also shared a few more details about what happened to them.

“We felt we were making a calculated, risk-free investment and it turned out not to be so. And really, it comes down to a matter of trust. Who do you trust? Who can you trust? And, you know, you think you have people you’ve known for years and years, and it turns out they’re not who you think they are.”

Someone who has been an adviser for the Dubrows for a long time actually hurt them. Heather is speaking out about it and wants to raise awareness about what happened to them so it doesn’t happen to someone else.

“We’re putting this story out there, not just to tell everyone, ‘Hey, we lost almost $2 million,’ but, you know, we feel responsibility. We found out later that these people that scammed us have scammed other people for millions and millions of dollars, and if Terry and I don’t come out and go public with this, they will do it again.”

There is also a bit of drama going on when it comes to The Real Housewives of Orange County. Heather spoke out recently to say that she still feels like Vicki Gunvalson should “take accountability” for knowing that Brooks Ayers was lying about his cancer this past season. ET shared all of the details about what Heather had to say recently. Gunvalson has admitted to lying about a few things, even if she didn’t know the truth about Brooks. Heather did have one big piece of advice for her, though. She thinks that Vicki should “hibernate.”

“I think there are times that people need to understand to hibernate. I’ve been in that place before. I had a bad season a couple years ago. I had to take accountability for what happened with me, and what happened with the show and my relationships. And I hibernated, and got myself together.”

Are you shocked to hear that Heather and Terry Dubrow were actually scammed out of $2 million? Do you agree that Vicki Gunvalson needs to “hibernate” for a bit? Sound off in the comments below.
