Josh Duggar Scandals Darken Jessa & Jill Duggar TLC Specials Amid Claims Of Mission & Money Fraud

Josh Duggar began what has become a cascade of scandals surrounding the 19 Kids And Counting clan. With his wife Anna by his side, Josh has confessed that he molested several underage girls (including some of his sisters), used the Ashley Madison site for marital affairs to cheat on Anna, and battled an addiction to porn. Even with Josh Duggar safely tucked away in a rehab center for sex addiction, scandals continue to plague some of those 19 Kids who have now become adults.

Jessa Duggar and her husband, Ben Seewald, along with Jill Duggar and her husband, Derick Dillard (and their baby Israel), have upcoming TV specials on TLC. But the girls’ big brother has become the unknown factor in those shows, with some hints that Josh and his molestation confessions could continue on TLC, reported KPopStarz.

While Ben and Jessa prepare for their first baby, Jill and her work with Derick will be a highlight of the show, revealed the network’s vice president, Nancy Daniels.

“We’ll be watching Jill preparing to make a major move to Central America with her family, which we know is something our audience will be interested in,” she said. “Our audience continues to be engaged with what’s going on in their lives.”

Jessa And Jill Star In Child Molestation TV Special

Prior to announcing the TV specials that will focus on Jessa, Jill, Ben and Derick, TLC featured a special on child molestation that included both sisters, who were among Josh’s victims, reported Entertainment Tonight.

The network’s documentary on child sexual abuse, Breaking the Silence, showed Jill and Jessa at a seminar organized by Darkness Into Light. The group focuses on preventing child sexual abuse. Neither of Josh’s sisters discussed the molestation scandal.

“I feel like this should be a discussion that people are having, even regularly,” said Jessa. “I think that it shouldn’t be a taboo subject, and that we should be bringing awareness to child sexual abuse, and talking about this.”

Jill chimed in but only to emphasize the benefits of being educated, rather than mentioning Josh.

“It was amazing to understand that there are so many people that deal with the exact same thing in their own families, so just being educated in very good,” she added.

In previous discussions of the scandal with Megyn Kelly on Fox News, Jessa and Jill were candid in coming forward and stating that Josh had molested them. In all, the oldest son of the 19 Kids clan molested five underage girls. One was a babysitter for the Duggars while four were his sisters.

The documentary was broadcast soon after Josh began his stay in a rehab that focuses on sex addiction. As the Inquisitr reported, Anna left Duggarville to stay with her parents in Florida.

While some reports have indicated that she may divorce Josh, Anna’s parents are allegedly extremely strict and against divorce, as are the matriarch and patriarch of the 19 Kids clan. However, Anna’s brother Daniel is reportedly urging her to leave Josh, describing him as a “pig.”

Jill And Derick Dillard Accused Of Fraud!

While Jessa and her sister try to put the dark scandal shadows cast by Josh behind them, Jill and Derick are being criticized for fraud concerning their mission and misuse of the money that was donated, reported the Hollywood Gossip.

The Dillards began their journey in July, when they headed off to El Salvador to help others. Then Jill and Derick suddenly returned after having solicited money to fund their good works.

Was life too much in Central America, or did the Dillards plan to stay for a shorter period of time than they indicated?

However, others have suggested that Derick and Jill thought that the Southern Baptist Church and International Mission Board would fund them after accepting them. But both groups have reportedly rejected the Dillards. Derick now has edited some of his announcements that indicated he and Jill were endorsed and supported by both the church and the board.

In addition, as the Inquisitr previously reported, Jill received congratulations from Derick about becoming a midwife but her claims were subsequently challenged by Dr. Amy Tuteur, who is an OB-GYN and used to be a Harvard University Clinical Instructor in Obstetrics. The physician compared what it means to be a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to Jill’s certificate.

“Jill Duggar Dillard did not become a midwife,” blogged Dr. Tuteur. “She was awarded an ersatz credential (CPM, Certified Professional Midwife) designed to fool the public.”

According to the physician, CPM stands for Counterfeit Professional Midwife.
