Leah Messer Hints At Corey Simms Affair During ‘Teen Mom 2’ Reunion

The Teen Mom 2 reunion special this week is going to be full of drama. In a newly released clip from the show, Leah Messer and Corey Simms fight about their parenting and their past, and Leah hints that Corey was cheating on his wife, Miranda, in the early months of their marriage.

According to Radar Online, Leah Messer and Corey Simms got into a heated argument on stage in front of the Teen Mom 2 reunion crowd, and millions of viewers on television as they discussed Corey’s current wife, Miranda Patterson, who is pregnant with the couple’s first child.

Corey told Leah that he was no longer scared to stand up to her because his wife Miranda had helped him get a “backbone,” and now he refuses to take any of Messer’s attitude without throwing some shade of his own. Simms also dissed his ex-wife, saying that Leah is jealous of Miranda and that she can’t keep a marriage together.

“She’s got issues with Miranda because she’s jealous of Miranda. Me and Miranda have a normal, functioning life. She can’t keep a husband for more than two years!”

Leah Messer fired back saying that she’s not jealous of Miranda and then made a statement that hinted that Corey Simms may have been cheating early on in his marriage to Patterson.

“Never in my life would I be jealous of Miranda. Where were you at during your first couple months of marriage?”

This comes after rumors that Corey and Leah actually both cheated on their spouses, Miranda Patterson and Jeremy Calvert, with one another. The rumors suggested that Simms and Messer hooked up in the back on Corey’s truck, and that the betrayal is one of the reasons for Leah and Jeremy’s divorce and Miranda’s new-found bitter attitude towards Leah during Season 6 of Teen Mom 2.

Corey goes on to try and defend himself by calling out Leah, but gets interrupted by Messer and Dr. Drew Pinsky himself.

“If I had f***ing done what she done, I wouldn’t see my kids!… If I would have done…”

Before Simms can finish his sentence, the word “monkey” is yelled, and Corey seems a little confused. Dr. Drew then explains that “monkey” is Leah’s safe word and that there are a few things that she will not discuss, and that Corey was starting to dive into that area of conversation.

The safe word could have been an attempt to keep Leah Messer calm and stable during the Teen Mom 2 reunion and it may be a technique that she learned while she was at rehab. During Season 6 of the MTV series, viewers saw a big change in Messer. Her appearance was altered, her energy levels were way down, and she was seen looking like she was on something multiple times. Corey Simms had called his ex-wife out many times for what he believed was a prescription drug problem, but Leah always denied having a substance abuse issue, and claims to have gone to rehab for depression and stress steaming from parenting her three children mainly alone and going through a divorce with Jeremy Calvert.

Currently, Leah Messer is dating a new man named T.R. Dues, and OK! Magazine reports that pregnancy rumors were flying about the Teen Mom star possibly carrying her fourth child after she posted a series of pregnancy articles on her social networking pages. However, the reality star cleared up the rumors saying that she’s not pregnant again and that “babies are not even on her mind.” Leah added that her girls are “all she needs.”
