Mary Louise Parker Weeds Nude Scene “I was goaded into it” (PHOTOS)
Mary Louise Parker is bitter about the nude scene she appeared in where she lay topless in the bathtub on last year’s season finale of Weeds, saying she was “goaded into it” by the show’s director.
In an interview about her nude scene in Weeds, Mary Louise Parker told More magazine:
“I didn’t think I needed to be naked, and I fought with the director about it, and now I’m bitter. I knew it was going to be on the Internet ‘Mary-Louise shows off her big nipples’. I wish I hadn’t done that. I was goaded into it.”

The show’s director argues that the nude scene was crucial to the shows storyline.
Mary Louise Parker plays Nancy Botwin on Weeds, a single mother whose husband died suddenly so she starts selling marijuana to help support her family. She won a Golden Globe award for the role in 2005 and also won a statue for her role in Angels in America in 2003. Mary Louise Parker also spent six years on The West Wing, which ended in 2006.
