Today is Eat What You Want Day. I have no idea who comes up with all these ‘days’ but I guess the only conclusion we can come to is there are so many people on diets, they need at least one day out of the year to use as an excuse to be able to eat what they want without the guilt that would otherwise go along with breaking their diet.
That’s understandable, and unless you have alergies or a medical condition that would prevent you from doing so, eating what you want for one day out of the year is not going to make much of a difference in the grand scheme of things. Personally, I eat pretty much anything I want anyway but I’m also health conscious about it, staying away from too much fat and carbs or processed sugars and salty snacks.
