Connor Toole: Guy Pretends He Was Drafted To Utah Jazz In 2015 NBA Draft [Video]

If a guy pretends he was drafted during the 2015 NBA Draft you would think that people would catch on pretty quick, but Connor Toole stands seven feet tall so he managed to convince quite a number of people. The best part is that he managed to catch the entire thing on video, so we get to see his epic New York City party in addition to all the crazy Utah Jazz fans.

In a related report by the Inquisitr, early predictions are already being made for the 2016 NBA Draft.

Connor Toole is a humor writer for Elite Daily and says he wanted to see what happens when a guy pretends he was drafted by the Utah Jazz.

“The Utah Jazz may not have actually used their second-round pick to take him 42nd in the draft, but that’s the lie we told as many people as possible in New York City last night. Most of them even believed us.”

Toole is not even a basketball player, but he used certain factors in order to sneak onto the floor of the 2015 NBA Draft at the Barclay Center.

“It turns out if you wear a suit, act really confident and are also 7 feet tall, it’s really easy,” Toole said.

As soon as Toole walked out in front of the Barclays Center he was immediately swarmed by adoring fans who did not know he was just a simple guy pretending to be drafted during the second round selection for the Utah Jazz. Some of the girls were so excited that they began taking off their shirts to flash the supposed NBA player. One blonde is even shown giving Toole a kiss. Yes, needless to say, the video above is a little bit on the explicit side, but they did pixelate the naughty bits to make it work-safe.

But Toole took it even further than just pretending during the 2015 NBA Draft event. Fans rewarded him with an epic party back in NYC, and he was given free drinks in order to celebrate being the newest Utah Jazz draft pick. The party continues online since Toole is now celebrating his success for being known worldwide as the guy who pretended he was drafted. Even better, some fans think he really should have been drafted since the “Jazz need all the help they can get!”
