Kris Jenner Opens Up About Caitlyn Jenner, Still Hasn’t Tweeted Support Of Any Kind

Kris Jenner has responded to Caitlyn Jenner… sort of.

According to People Magazine, Kris (who was married to Caitlyn when she was a man) told Vanity Fair that her marriage to Bruce Jenner just ended very abruptly. She said that “he just decided, ‘I’m done.'” Kris then found out that her husband wanted to be a woman, and just a couple of months later, Caitlyn made her worldwide debut.

“Why would you want to be married and have kids if this is what you wanted since you were a little boy? Why would you not explain this all to me?” Kris questioned.

Since Vanity Fair released the first photo of Caitlyn, Kris Jenner hasn’t posted one iota of support for her. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Kris actually posted a photo of her daughter, Kendall Jenner, on Monday, a couple of hours after Caitlyn’s official debut. She hasn’t made mention of her ex in any way, and hasn’t posted anything on Twitter or Instagram since.

Some say that Kris is having a very hard time dealing with the fact that her ex-husband is now a woman. Those closest to the family say that Kris cries “all the time,” and that she has been trying to deal with the shocking news the best that she can.

“There wasn’t a gender issue. Nobody mentioned a gender issue,” Kris said.

According to USA Today, Kris maintains that she had no idea her husband wanted to fully transition to a woman. This could be because (at the time) Bruce didn’t express such desires strongly.

“Kris was very civil during the interview and she was very open. She says ‘I didn’t know. I had no idea about the extent of his gender issues.’ And I got to say. I think she’s righ. Bruce downplayed it, said ‘it was a phase of my life, it’s over.’ But it wasn’t over,” said journalist Buzz Bissinger who conducted the interview for Vanity Fair.

Caitlyn, of course, has her own opinion of how things happened, and says that she was mistreated by Kris over the years. According to the Inquisitr, Caitlyn talked about her side with Vanity Fair as well.

“I think in a lot of ways she became less tolerant of me. A lot of times she wasn’t very nice. People would see how I got mistreated. She controlled the money, all that kind of stuff,” Caitlyn said.

It definitely sounds like there are some major differences in how these two women see things.

Do you think Kris Jenner should offer her support to Caitlyn?
