Kristen Stewart: ‘I Am Definitely An Intense Weirdo’

Kristen Stewart, 24, knows she’s weird and she’s proud of it. In an interview this month, featured in CR Fashion Book #6, the award-winning actress confessed to her impulsiveness, what drives her, and what she finds interesting and attractive.

Although Stewart has several movies under her belt that date back to a non-speaking role in the 1999 Disney film, The Thirteenth Year, her portrayal of Bella in the Twilight movies catapulted her to super-stardom. Since then, Stewart fans all over the world have been interested in the real person behind the famous character.

It’s not an easy task to understand Stewart, as she seems to pride herself on staying as elusive and low-key. However, in her interview with CR Fashion Book, she allowed others a private peep into her thoughts on people, dating, and who she finds attractive.

“For me, the most attractive thing in a person is drive -– genuine impulse expressed for the sake of it, not for perception. It’s a compulsion, and I share that. It’s indescribable. It’s just a burn. You can sense it pretty instantly, this innate curiosity, because not everyone has it. That’s what I’m f*****g attracted to.”

However, even though she knows that her intensity and focus comes off as strange and whimsical at times, she takes it in stride and doesn’t seem too bothered by negativity or what others think about her.

“I do not approach my life tactfully at all. I’m incredibly impulsive and I am definitely an intense weirdo. I love living and I love people. They trip me out and I want to know more about them all the time. That isn’t something I can turn off and on.”

Meanwhile, Kristen Stewart is starring in a line of upcoming movies, including a Woody Allen film that has yet to be titled. Additionally, Clouds of Sils Maria, Stewart’s 2014 movie that was previously released in Europe only, is launching in the U.S. on April 10. Several other upcoming Stewart movies are also slated for release this year, including Anesthesia, American Ultra, and Equals.

In other news, Stewart recently returned to Chanel as the one of the models for the company’s spring handbag campaign, “3 Girls 3 Bags.”

Albeit the promise of her future films, Stewart’s personal life is in a whirlwind of speculation and gossip surrounding her rumored-girlfriend, Alicia Cargile. This weekend, the duo was spotted several times in Los Angeles, getting coffee and enjoying the sun. Whether Kristen Stewart and Cargile are actually a couple or just good friends, however, has yet to be confirmed. The rumors come on the heel of the end of Stewart’s relationship last year with ex-boyfriend and Twilight co-star, Robert Pattinson.
