Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux, Buy $22 Million Mansion

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have just bought a $22 million mansion in Bel Air.

The Wall Street Journal reports that the LA neighborhood mansion had an asking price of $24.9 million but Jen was able to talk down the price to about $22 million. The home was owned by Robert Maguire, who founded real-estate company Maguire Properties Inc. According to the Journal, the house has been on and off the market since 2009. It’s highest asking price was $29 million.

TMZ reports that the house is an 8,500 square foot mansion. It has four bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and floor to ceiling windows with an unobstructed view of both the city and the ocean. The house also sits on more than three acres of land, has a separate guest house, a pool, and its own vineyard.

Jen has made millions from acting, but she’s also doing a pretty good job on the real estate front. Aniston recently sold her home in Beverly Hills for $36 million. She bought the property in 2006 for just $13.5 million.
