Suri Cruise Learns To Ice Skate Courtesy Of $5,000 Rockefeller Rental
If Suri Cruise manages to reach legal age without at least 10 Paris Hilton/Miley Cyrus/Britney Spears style breakdowns we’ll be extremely surprised. Earlier this week we reported that mom and dad purchased their daughter $130,000 worth of Christmas gifts including an actual pony and now it turns out the spending had just begun.
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes reportedly paid $5,000 for exclusive use of a VIP-type area at New York’s Rockefeller Center ice skating rink. The typical cost of skating at the rink? $75.
The New York Daily News also reports that along with their rental they had gourmet hot chocolate and treats made by the famed ”Mr. Chocolate” which were delivered “especially for Suri.”
Obviously it’s completely up to Tom and Katie if they want to spoil their daughter but as history has taught us it’s these type of actions that lead to bigger problems down the road for the rich spoiled children of the entertainment industries most elite.

To spend this amount of money on any child is anything but stupid.They could have spent some of the money for children who will wake up with nothing, this is a sad statement of how some rich people spend money with no thought what so ever….She has a shoe collection worth over $150.000 and now they have spent this repulsive amount for Christmas and we wonder why all these children grow up to think they are owed everything and do nothing except treat others in a manner of which is not kind nor compassionate…..It is one thing to have a nice Christmas but to place this much value on it…SHAME ON TOM and KATIE……and I truly hope this child has half a heart for others when she grows up! Just because you have it doesn't mean you have to spend it excessively…………

It isn't like they closed down the entire Rockefeller Center for the Cruises. They rented a section. People rent nice venues all of the time. Suri is too young to know the difference between the price of one venue or another at her age. Her parents can afford to give her nice things. Nobody's business. The larger question is whether she is able to play nicely with kids her own age. We don't know. The media is working very hard to make it everyone's business though.

She's going to be one of those kids that will get everything that she wants, because her parents will give it to her. Rich people spoil their children and they end up becoming people like Paris Hilton, and others that have always gotten what they wanted.
