‘Revenge’ Season 4 Spoilers: Episode 3 ‘Ashes’ Has Charlotte Teaming Up With Mom Against Victoria [Videos]

Episode 3 of Revenge Season 4 is titled, “Ashes.” According to spoilers for this week, Charlotte is teaming up with her mother, Victoria, in an effort to go after Emily. Charlotte is unforgiving towards Emily, after learning she took the “revenge” route to hurt the Graysons instead of confiding in her that they’re blood-related sisters.

According to spoilers revealed by Carter Matt, Charlotte tells Victoria that she found out Emily Thorne is really Amanda Clarke. Victoria pretends not to know the truth, telling her daughter that she wasn’t 100 percent sure, but “suspected” that all along.

The article emphasizes how little the viewing audience knows about Charlotte Grayson. She hasn’t had a “consistent” storyline, and it’s hard to tell who her real friends are, or where she stands when it comes to Emily and the Graysons. Maybe Season 4 will focus more on Charlotte and the solid formation of her character.

In another video released by ABC on YouTube, the “Ashes” promo shows Victoria with a rifle, and David Clarke is heard uttering Emily’s name in a very unsettling way. Victoria is on the warpath, getting David on her side more and more. Emily is about to have her hands full with so many against her.

Promo No. 3 shows still photos of what’s rapidly flashed across the screen in other previews. In it, we see Daniel in bed with Margaux, Nolan is lurking around outside someone’s house, and an image of Emily and Nolan appearing shocked at an evening event with cameras and lights.

At the very end of the promos, Emily is seen unconscious on the ground as flames surround her. Did Victoria shoot Emily, or did she become unconscious another way?

ABC’s press release of “Ashes” gives a brief synopsis.

“Emily’s life is on the line as Victoria orchestrates a family reunion with deadly potential, regardless of who gets caught in the crossfire, on Revenge.”

Episode 4, “Meteor,” is also revealed in a synopsis that can be read about in another article on The Inquisitr.

At this point in the season, the show is setting the tone for what’s ahead. Which characters will side against Emily, and who ultimately betrays her?
