Luminita Perijoc: Angelina Jolie Look-Alike Raped Cab Driver, Stabbed Him For Refusing Sex

Luminita Perijoc is headed to prison for five years after the Angelina Jolie look-alike raped a cab driver twice at knifepoint and stabbed the man when he was unable to perform a third time.

The 31-year-old Romanian woman hired 35-year-old cabbie Nicolae Stan back in 2012 to help deliver some bags to her apartment. But when they arrived, the Angelina Jolie look-alike dragged the driver inside and demanded sex, and when he refused she produced a seven-inch knife and forced him to undress.

Luminita Perijoc then raped the man twice, but when he was unable to perform for a third time she stabbed him at least six times.

This week a Romanian court sentenced the Angelina Jolie look-alike to five years in prison.

Stan said the incident caused difficulty for him, as some people have wondered why he would turn down sex with an Angelina Jolie look-alike. He also became a celebrity of sorts after the case became public, making worldwide headlines in 2012.

“They don’t understand why I refused her, but they do not know what it is like to have a mad woman yelling at you at knife point,” the cab driver explained. “They look at her, then look at me an laugh. But I think anyone would find it impossible to perform with a knife at their throat even if they were with Miss Romania.”

But Stan said he is happily married, and said Luminita Perijoc appeared enraged that he would turn her down for sex.

“I think she wasn’t used to anyone saying no because she flew into a rage when I declined. She took out a knife and forced me to undress and have sex with her,” the cab driver explained at the time of the incident.

Luminita Perijoc was a local model who modeled her looks on the Tomb Raider star. The Angelina Jolie look-alike originally said she was the victim of rape, but a court rejected those claims.
