Piers Morgan: Jeremy Clarkson A ‘Pot-bellied, Rotten-toothed, F**-stinking Oaf’

Piers Morgan is really having the worst March ever. First, he found out that America doesn’t want him. Second, he was dissed on his own show by the ever-witty comedienne Chelsea Handler, who called poor Piers a “terrible interviewer”.

But what really got Morgan hot was an article his archenemy, Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson, wrote in the Sunday Times a few weeks ago. In his article, Clarkson wrote that the real reason Piers was booted out of CNN was because “everyone hates him,” refuting the latter’s claim that his show was axed because the American public wasn’t ready for his opinions on gun control.

To add color to his tirade against Piers, Clarkson added that when the news of Morgan’s failed CNN gig became the talk of the town, “it stopped raining and the sun came out”.

Unsurprisingly, Piers Morgan responded in the fieriest way possible.

In a Daily Mail column published Saturday, Morgan described Clarkson as a “Pot-bellied, rotten-toothed, f**-stinking oaf”.

Ouch!

A keyboard-bashing Morgan wrote that the car show host himself wasn’t able to snag an American gig because, according to Piers, an NBC confidante thinks that Clarkson is “too ugly for TV.”

47-year-old Morgan even boldly claimed that while he was still editor of the Daily Mirror, and Clarkson’s alleged two-timing was the town’s gossip, the Sunday Times columnist personally phoned him and confessed that he couldn’t possibly cheat on his wife on the account of his rather inactive love stick.

Morgan called him many other names that would make a middle schooler proud, including “lanky creep,” and “hideously insensitive goon.”

Piers even described Jeremy a “pub bore,” noting that the latter’s entire “festering, pointless, vacuous” career has been focused on everything vehicle.

Amidst the array of bitterly creative insults Piers threw at his foe, the British journalist seriously reminded his readers of the few instances Clarkson blurted out politically callous statements in public, such as when he said “I’d have them all shot. I’d take them outside and execute them in front of their families” while referring to a nurses’ strike in 2011.

The two journalists’ petty feud started more seriously in the early 2000s when Clarkson gave Morgan the knuckle sandwich after Morgan allegedly told Clarkson: “Why’s your f****** wife looking at me like that”.

Clarkson claims that he tried to bury the hatchet with the Piers Morgan Live host a couple of times except that according to him, Morgan “ends up doing something moronic,” rekindling the feud all over again.
