Not only is the new Xbox 360 slimmer and more quite than the original, it’s also cheaper, falling to a price of $199 according to a Kotaku created rumor that has been confirmed by the MSFT team.
Okay so we’re not sure if the new price tag will include the same size hard drive and built-in WiFi, but at $199 it does make the system more accessible to a large user base, heck I might even pick another one up as a second unit for the basement.
It’s also unclear at this time if Kenetic bundles of any sort will be offered with the newly priced system for an additional fee, allowing for an even cheaper Kenetic option for users looking to take advantage of Microsoft’s newly minted body controlled motion-activated system.
