WWE superstar Daniel Bryan, who has been out of action with a neck injury for about eight months, just sent out a tweet nearly an hour ago, saying that he will address his WWE future on tonight’s RAW. The tweet didn’t exactly say what the announcement was going to be, but the way it was worded is leading people to believe that Bryan could announce his retirement tonight.
Everyone comes to a crossroads in their life and I’ve come to mine. I look forward to telling you all about it tonight on #Raw.

There have been rumblings that Daniel Bryan may be forced into retirement if he doesn’t end up regaining strength in his arm. He has been rehabbing for the past several months, and may need another surgery.
There’s also speculation that Bryan could announce his return date tonight, and that the tweet was to swerve the fans into thinking he’s going to retire, which is absolutely possible. The announcement could also be that he is in need of another surgery, and that he could be out for up to another year.
Some people expect tonight’s RAW to be a “throw away” show, however, with Daniel Bryan teasing this announcement, Randy Orton possibly returning and Brock Lesnar being on the show, it’s unlikely that this week’s RAW will be a complete “throw away” show.
Daniel Bryan’s big announcement is likely to come in the opening segment of the show. Again, nobody knows exactly what it will be. There are some hopeful fans who think he could be announcing his intention to enter the Royal Rumble match, which is possible, but not likely.
If Bryan is able to come back before WrestleMania, it’s likely that WWE will want to hold off his return until after WrestleMania to avoid the same situation they were put in last year. It’s very likely that if Daniel Bryan returns, the WWE fans will want him in the title picture immediately.
After it was announced that Daniel Bryan would be out of action for an extended period of time back in June, he was stripped of the WWE championship. The original plan was to have Bryan hold on to the belt until SummerSlam, where he would be defeated by Brock Lesnar.
WWE fans around the world are hopeful that Daniel Bryan’s big announcement on RAW tonight will include a return date, and it could be. But, at this point, nobody knows except for Daniel Bryan and WWE.
