The WWE gained a bit more publicity as the “Irish Lass Kicker” Becky Lynch got involved in a funny sort of fight in the crowd during an NBA basketball game. Lynch was one of several WWE superstars attending Saturday night’s Detroit Pistons vs. Los Angeles Clippers game at the Staples Center for “WWE Night.” Also there with Lynch were WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz and WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore. However, it seemed that Becky Lynch got a big moment in the spotlight as she ended up physically fighting off the advances of one the Clippers’ biggest supporters.

As ProWrestlingSheet reported, Becky Lynch was at the game with her fellow superstars and ended up appearing on the big screen for one of those “Kiss Me” fan moments. The L.A. Clippers’ mascot, named Chuck, continued to try to get a kiss from Lynch as most fans in proximity might do in this situation. However, Becky turned him down several times and finally gave him a resounding “No” by a huge smack to lay out the mascot. The moment was caught on video (see fan video below) as Lynch finally had enough with the mascot hitting on her. Other photos and videos hit Twitter that showed the four WWE stars interacting with fans or giving their thoughts on the basketball game.

It should also be mentioned that Enzo, The Miz, and Becky Lynch were joined by former WWE superstar Darren Young. That fun-filled outing took place not long ahead of the reported releases of Emma , Summer Rae, and Darren Young from WWE. Several photos were shared by WWE, the superstars in attendance, and the Los Angeles Clippers featuring the WWE stars. The Clippers ended up losing their first game of the season as the Pistons claimed the win 95-87. Then again L.A.’s prized mascot may not have been feeling as spirited as usual after the “straight fire” slap he received from Becky.

Saturday’s WWE Night at Staples Center was to help promote an upcoming live event that will also take place in Los Angeles. It’s unknown if a Becky Lynch vs. Chuck the Clippers mascot match will be a part of the upcoming WWE event’s match card, but it’s always possible the fun and fluffy character could go heel during a match.
