When Is ‘The Bachelorette’ Finale? Kaitlyn Engaged, Who Does She Really Pick? [Spoilers]

From the archive: published Jul 19, 2015, 11 years ago. Details may have changed since.

When does Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe hand out her final rose, and is she engaged? The final rose ceremony rumors will come to an end on July 27, one week after ABC airs the Men Tell All special.

Earlier in the season, Kaitlyn did a live Yahoo! chat with fans, and said that she is “very happy” with her final decision. While viewers won’t find out who she really picked until the season finale airs next Monday, there is speculation that the Reality Steve ‘s spoilers could be wrong.

Last month, Kaitlyn released a Snapchat video that showed her in bed with Shawn Booth — it was enough to convince Steve to change his final rose spoilers from “she doesn’t pick anyone” to “she’s engaged to Shawn,” but there are still some who believe Nick will walk away the winner.

While it doesn’t sound realistic (she posed in bed with Shawn while engaged to Nick? Not likely), Celeb Dirty Laundry states Kaitlyn may have been ordered by producers orders to post the pic “simply to increase the show’s buzz and throw off predictors.”

Reality Steve ‘s spoilers have been correct more often than not, so there’s a good chance viewers will see Kaitlyn accept Shawn Booth’s proposal on the season finale. He has only been wrong four times since 2009, when he blogged that Jason Mesnick (season 13) would chose runner-up Molly Melaney after dumping the woman he proposed to — Melissa Rycroft.

While he did miss the mark on both of Bachelor Brad Womack’s seasons, and two seasons of the Bachelorette (Ali Fedotowsky and Desiree Hartsock), his track record with giving away not only the ending of each season, but what happens on each episode, has been impressive.

Viewers who are holding out hope that Nick Viall gets Kaitlyn’s final rose may be in for some disappointment when the finale airs. According to the latest gossip on Bachelorette Fans , there is speculation that even Nick knows the outcome of the show. If he was convinced that Kaitlyn shot down both proposals, the Snapchat surely changed his mind.

“If he really thought she chose no one and then was alerted by Snapchat that she had, I think there would have at least been a noticeable mood change… if anything he seems more happy/free since Kaitlyn’s spoiler like he doesn’t have to keep up suspense everyday. He may play along in what he tweets but at least doesn’t have to pretend in public.”

Fortunately, fans don’t have to wait much longer to find out what really happens on the Bachelorette season finale. Watch the three-hour finale, including the After the Final Rose special, starting at 8 p.m. ET on July 27.
