If you’re one of the four living organisms on Earth (including me) who’s never opened a Harry Potter book, bought the lunchbox, or seen one of the films, then this new trailer for LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 may not mean much to you.
The rest of you will (apparently) recognise this as the first four books of the series – Philosopher’s Stone , Chamber of Secrets , Prisoner of Azkaban and Goblet of Fire – squashed into a 90-second vignette. Hence the title, see.
In the game, you’ll be able to attend lessons, cast spells, mix potions, fly on broomsticks, and face down giant three-headed dogs, taking in the likes of Hogwarts Castle, Diagon Alley, the Forbidden Forest and Hogsmeade village.
All of which means a big fat zero to me, unfortunately, but look, it’s a LEGO game by Traveler’s Tales: it’s probably going to be quite good.
