Monday kicks off a wild week of The Young and the Restless . Spoilers tease that Victor’s appeal will conclude and the result will shake things up throughout Genoa City. Chloe is in town and she is about to start revealing herself, and Phyllis remains torn between Jack and Billy. What can everybody expect from the July 25 show?
The last that viewers saw, Phyllis had burst into the courtroom where the judge was hearing testimony regarding the appeal. The Young and the Restless spoilers via SheKnows Soaps detail that she will take the stand and testify about all that Victor has done to her. Jack tries to stop her from testifying, and both Summer and Nikki try to intervene, but Phyllis begs the court to keep Newman behind bars.

Victor will talk about how he has changed in prison, and Young and Restless spoilers share that Jack will testify, as well. He opens up about all that he went through, but he also says that there are many who love Newman and he thinks this should end for the sake of his wife. As the judge takes time to make a decision, Jack tells the Newman family that they need to make sure that Victor stays away from both him and his wife.
The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that the judge will tear into Victor for manipulating Meredith, and he notes that Phyllis’ testimony made a compelling argument to deny the appeal. After Victor promises to stay away from Meredith, he wins his appeal and is set free, other than being told that he will be on probation for two years.

Chelsea is visiting Adam, and she is trying to convince him to let her bring Connor for a visit. As they discuss the situation, Adam remaining hesitant, Chelsea learns that Victor won his appeal. The Young and the Restless spoilers detail that Adam sends her away and while she is resistant to leaving, he insists.
Billy was not happy to learn of Jill and Cane’s takeover of Brash and Sassy, and Young and Restless spoilers from Soap Central detail that Jill will soon arrive and explain that she wants the two men to run the company together.

Things get heated during this discussion, but eventually, Billy agrees to the plan. He will get a call from Phyllis and try to play it off to Jill as if it were Bethany calling. However, Young and Restless spoilers detail that Jill will be a bit suspicious. Jill tells her son that she will turn the company back over to him once they turn things around and Billy agrees to make it work.
Jack will head to Phyllis’ suite and the two argue over what happened in court. She tries to push him away, but Young and Restless spoilers share that he will try to get closer to her and questions why she seems so intent on throwing away their marriage. She will urge him to leave and soon she heads over to Billy’s place, admitting that she thinks her marriage is over.
Cane will fill Lily in on having to partner with Billy and they celebrate his new opportunity. Jill will connect with Jack and fill him in on the Brash and Sassy situation, noting that she is aiming to push Billy and Victoria back together again.
