Shannon Beador’s Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars are reportedly encouraging her to leave her husband, David Beador, after news hit the web of his alleged past abuse.
According to a new report, the majority of the women from the Bravo TV reality show have spoke to the mother of three in private and encouraged her to end her marriage for the sake of her mental health and her safety.
“Most of the women on the show have talked to Shannon privately and urged her to be strong and to make the move,” a source close to Shannon Beador explained to Radar Online on October 26.
The Radar Online insider said that Shannon Beador would be better off without David and noted that she’s upset all the time. As fans have seen on recent episodes of The Real Housewives of Orange County , Beador’s longtime friend and co-star, Tamra Judge, recently suggested that Beador was crying daily due to her drama at home with David and the disconnect in their marriage.
On another episode of the show, Shannon Beador admitted that she’s been thinking about David’s past affair more and more due to the distance between herself and her husband.
During the 10th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County , David admitted to cheating on his wife for several months with another woman. From there, the couple attended counseling and a couples retreat before opting to stay married and renewing their wedding vows the following year.
Continuing on, the Radar Online source said that Shannon Beador’s friends have been telling her that her husband treats her terribly and noting that she doesn’t have to deal with his behavior.
This week, Radar Online shared details of a past court order involving Shannon Beador and her husband, revealing that prosecutors granted the reality star with a protective order in 2003 after David was charged with assault and spousal battery. A judge on the case also forced David to attend a nine-month batterer’s treatment program.
