Joe Giudice was not only thinking about wife Teresa on the couple’s 18 th wedding anniversary, he somehow managed to send her a dozen roses from his prison jail cell.
Us Weekly reports the two also exchanged an assortment of “lovey dovey emails and cards” to mark their special day. The website added that the reality TV star was quite surprised to find the roses waiting for at her New Jersey home once she returned from a West Coast business trip.
Joe Giudice remains jailed serving out the second-half of his 41-month prison on bank fraud-related charges. Before he was locked away, Teresa spent 11 months behind bars on the same fraud-related charges.
But even as he’s locked away, Joe appears to be keeping tight watch over his wife, with her recently sharing that he manages to watch all her Real Housewives of New Jersey episodes even while he’s imprisoned.
With Joe scheduled to be released sometime in 2019, Teresa recently shared that she still sees Joe being a part of her life going forward, despite persistent rumors to the contrary.
Giudice recently told Extra all the speculation about the couple going their separate ways generated from her new Standing Strong book is off base.
“I really started getting angry and that’s when all my feelings came out,” Giudice said of some of the animosity she expressed for Joe in the book. “I feel like I missed out on those 11 and a half months that I was away that I should’ve been with my mom. I really open up in the book and writing the book was really therapeutic for me and so I got all my feelings out so now I feel like now I can move on.”
Giudice’s mom, Antonia Gorga, died soon after she was released from prison. Not long ago, Teresa took time to pay tribute to her mom on what would have been her 67 th birthday.
People magazine reported the reality TV star spent much of the day posting tributes to her mom on social media.
